Planned Maintenance

We realize that today's manufacturing and distribution environments are structured "Just-In-Time." Conveyor Solutions, Inc. is taking a proactive approach to assist our customers in minimizing the probability of "down time" occurring.

We offer a Planned Maintenance Program that keeps your equipment in production by:

1. Lube and change oil
2. Identify faulty parts
3. Replace wearing parts
4. Identify potential safety hazards
5. Provide list of recommended parts to be replaced
6. Create a "recommended spare parts" list to keep in stock in your facility in case of emergency

Emergency Service

Conveyor Solutions, Inc., has a service crew on staff. They are equipped with all of the necessary tools and a van stocked with common parts.

There are two basic service plans:

1. Scheduled Service: A service call is scheduled at a specific time and date.
2. Emergency service: A service call is required as soon as possible.

Major Installations, Tear-Outs, Retrofits

Our qualified service technicians have performed setup and installation on thousands of feet of conveyor equipment.

The installations include: Sortation, Hytrol EZ Logic zero pressure accumulation, pallet handling, ceiling supported, mezzanine supported, seismic requirements, and many more.
