APPLICATION
This sorter utilizes a plastic
modular cleated belt with a
pusher mechanism that allows
products to be diverted at a
right angle onto chutes on
close center lines.
The ViperSort is versatile
enough to be utilized in many
applications. Items such as
cosmetics and pharmaceuticals
have been almost impossible to
convey due to their small size
and irregular shapes. With the
invention of the ViperSort
this is no longer an issue.
Also, larger irregularly
shaped items - up to 25 lbs. -
are now able to be conveyed
and sorted with ease. These
items can include groceries,
containers of washing
detergent and other types of
small packaged products.
