Planned Maintenance Program

Experienced technicians from Conveyor Solutions, Inc. are able to provide regularly scheduled maintenance for the components of your material handling system.

We offer a Planned Maintenance Program that keeps your equipment in production by:

• Lube and change oil
• Identify faulty parts
• Replace wearing parts
• Identify potential safety hazards
• Provide list of recommended parts to be replaced
• Create a "recommended spare parts" list to keep in stock in your facility in case of emergency

Conveyor Service

Conveyor Solutions, Inc. has a full time service crew on staff.  They are equipped with all the necessary tools and a van stocked with common parts.
There are two basic service plans:

• Scheduled Service - A service call is scheduled for a specific date and time.
• Emergency Service - A service call is required as soon as possible.
