Experienced technicians from Conveyor Solutions, Inc. are able to provide regularly scheduled maintenance for the components of your material handling system.

We offer a Planned Maintenance Program that keeps your equipment in production by:

• Lube and change oil
• Identify faulty parts
• Replace wearing parts
• Identify potential safety hazards
• Provide list of recommended parts to be replaced
• Create a "recommended spare parts" list to keep in stock in your facility in case of emergency

Service Contracts

Conveyor Service

Conveyor Solutions, Inc. has a full time service crew on staff.  They are equipped with all the necessary tools and a van stocked with common parts.

There are three basic service plans:

• Standard Service Call- A standard mechanical service call is performed during normal working hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm).
   
• After Hours Service Call- An after hours service call is performed Monday-Friday, after 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
   
• Weekend Service Call- A weekend service call is performed Saturday and/or Sunday, between 7:00am-4:00pm.
