Hytrol Accumulation Options |
Model 138/190-ACC, Horizontal Hytrol Belt Conveyor- The
simplest method devised for accumulating cartons,
boxes, etc. Basic design eliminates
complicated adjustments and allows a minimum of 2%
back pressure.

Model 138/190-LRC, Live Roller
Curve Conveyor- These models are light and
medium duty, V-belt driven live roller 30 degree, 45
degree, 60 degree, and 90 degree curves.
Tapered rollers assist in package orientation.

Model 138/190-LRS, LRSS, Live
Roller Spur Hytrol Conveyors- The live roller spur
conveyors are used in diverging or converging
applications. They may be self-powered or can
be slave drive from ACC or LRC conveyors.

Model 190-ACZ, Horizontal Power
Hytrol Conveyor- The Hytrol Model ACZ accumulates cartons,
boxes, etc. Basic design eliminates
complicated adjustments and allows a minimum of 2%
back pressure.

Model 138-NSPEZ,
Horizontal Live Roller Hytrol Conveyor- The
Hytrol Model
138-NSPEZ is designed for zero-pressure accumulation
of product. Positive braking in each zone
reduces the possibility of damage to fragile items
during accumulation. Singulation feature
allows products to be removed from any location on
the conveyor.

Model 190-NSPEZ,
Horizontal Live Roller Hytrol Conveyor- The
Hytrol Model
190-NSPEZ is designed for zero-pressure accumulation
of product. Positive braking in each zone

Model 190-NSPEZC
Hytrol Conveyor-
The Hytrol 190-NSPEZC Curves are designed to be slave
driven from the 190-NSPEZ conveyor. Curves are
used where turns in the conveyor line are necessary.

Model ABEZ, Horizontal Live
Roller
Hytrol Conveyor- Hytrol's Model ABEZ consists of
accumulation zones each of which contains an EZ
Logic accumulation module. The accumulation
modules sense product presence to determine whether
the zone should be driving or accumulating.
ABEZ conveyor lines, regardless of length, may be
fully accumulated with product with absolutely zero
back pressure at the discharge end or anywhere along
the length of the conveyor.

Model 190-PREZ, Powered Roller
Hytrol Conveyor- The Hytrol Model 190-PREZ uses a series of 24 VDC motorized rollers to drive the tread rollers,
eliminating the need for drive belts, chains, or
line shafts. Quiet operations, as well as ease
of maintenance, ease of installation, and modularity
are just a few of the advantages of this model.

Model 190-PREZC, Powered Roller
Curve Hytrol Conveyor- The 190-PREZC Curves are
designed to be slave driven from the 190-PREZ
Conveyor. Curves are used where turns in the
conveyor line are necessary.

Model 25-LREZ, Heavy Duty Zoned
Accumulating Hytrol Conveyor- The Hytrol Model 25-LREZ
is a belt driven live roller conveyor designed for
use where zero-pressure accumulation, low elevation
(12"), and close roller centers are required.

Model 25-LRA, Heavy Duty Zoned
Accumulating Conveyor- The Hytrol Model 25-LRA is a
belt driven live roller conveyor designed for use
where zero pressure accumulation, low elevation, and
close roller centers are required. They
conveyor is also available in a non-accumulating
model.

Model 199-CREZD, Medium Duty
Zoned Accumulating Conveyor- The Hytrol Model 199-CREZD
is a chain driven live roller conveyor designed to
handle loads such as pallets, drum, etc. Items
are accumulated with zero back pressure, reducing
the possibility of collisions that may result in
product damage.

Model 25-CREZD, Heavy Duty Zoned
Accumulating Conveyor- The Hytrol Model 25-CREZD is a
chain driven live roller conveyor designed to handle
loads such as pallets, drums, etc. Items are
accumulated with zero back pressure, reducing the
possibility of collisions that may result in product
damage.

Model 36-CREZD, Heavy Duty Zoned
Accumulating Conveyor- The Hytrol Model 36-CREZD is a
chain driven live roller conveyor designed to handle
loads such as pallets, drums, etc. Items are
accumulated with zero back pressure, reducing the

damage.

Model PLEZD, Heavy Duty Zoned
Plastic Belt Conveyor- The Hytrol Model PLEZD is a
heavy duty plastic belt accumulation conveyor that
utilizes the dependability of the plastic belt to
convey loads considered nonconveyable with
conventional roll-to-roll conveyor, such as flexible
plastic pallets, footed pallets and mi-oriented
conventional wooden pallets.

Model DCEZ-60, Heavy Duty Zoned
Accumulating Conveyor- The Hytrol Model DCEZ-60 is a
two-strand drag chain conveyor designed to handle
pallets. With EZLogic accumulation module,
pallets are accumulated with zero back pressure
reducing the possibility of collision that may
result in product damage.

Model DCEZ-63, Heavy Duty Zoned
Accumulating Conveyor- The Hytrol Model DCEZ-63
is a three-strand drag chain conveyor designed to
handle pallets. With EZLogic accumulation
module, pallets are accumulated with zero back
pressure reducing the possibility of collision that
may result in product damage.

Conveyor- The Hytrol Model CCEZ is a horizontal plastic
belt conveyor designed for accumulating 12 & 24
packs of canned beverages where high speeds and
large throughputs are required. |
