Technicians on-call 24/7 to help you on-site or via telephone to get you up and running as soon as possible to limit downtime, and excessive costs. Most operations fill orders at night so this can be the most critical shift in your operation. We have several maintenance plans that include afterhours support with fast response for both mechanical, and controls related issues. The CSI Mechatronics group is available when you need us for your conveyor, carousel, pallet rack, dock leveler and other warehouse automation.

Call us if you need help- Some mechanical issues are solvable quickly by phone. CSI Mechatronics Group offers 24/7 technical support that is included in most maintenance agreements. Dead spots on the line can cause backups. It may just be an eye out of alignment, or a hose popped off. Perhaps you hear a noise and are not sure if it is concerning. Give us a call and we can help you diagnose. If your sortation system is not sorting, if you have a scanner that is not functioning, we have a team of controls engineers ready to take your call as well.

Planned Maintenance

Mechanical, and Electrical planned maintenance is available. We offer monthly, semiannual, quarterly or annual maintenance. A simple pm can save hundreds if not thousands of dollars by catching potential failures BEFORE they happen. We will go through your entire system top to bottom. We make all the necessary mechanical adjustments, and perform required lubrication. You will then receive a report including recommendations on repairs, and parts. Downtime costs money and is largely avoidable by regular planned maintenance. We can customize a plan for your operation.

The Facility Appointed Service Technician program (F.A.S.T)

An on-site technician will be posted at your facility for immediate response time. CSI can help you if you need a permanent solution for your maintenance needs, or temporary. We can cover vacations, or lapses in your maintenance coverage. You can have a resident expert technician at your facility on a daily basis for as long as you need by partnering with CSI. This can save you the headache of training, implementing and maintaining staff. CSI can support you LONG TERM.

Mechanical Maintenance Agreements

We have several different plans to offer you for the mechanical portion of your system. With a maintenance agreement CSI becomes your maintenance department or an extension of your existing group.

SILVER MEMBERSHIP           

This plan is typically for customers who do not have high volume, and who are not too affected by downtime. This is our “Time and Material” plan. When it breaks we will come fix it.

Includes:

  • Free phone support for mechanical issues during normal business hours
  • Discounted rates for service
  • One year warranty on new parts

GOLD MEMBERSHIP

This plan is typically for customers who have higher volume, and who may have someone on-site that can do a couple simple repairs but need help with more major service issues. This is our “Planned maintenance” plan. Planned Maintenance is performed for an average flat fee per visit. Planned Maintenance includes:

  •        Inspection
  •        Adjustments
  •        Lubrication
  •        Reporting

Regularly scheduled PM will drastically decrease potential mechanical failures. During the PM if any mechanical repairs are needed the labor, and parts are added on a separate service ticket. You save money by performing repairs at the same time of the Pm because there are no travel charges for the repair. The technician is already on-site.

PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP 

This plan is typically for customers who have very high volume, and run more than one shift per day or are budget conscious. These customers may or may not have someone on-site that can do a couple simple repairs but need help with more major service issues. Down time is damaging to their order fulfillment. This is our “Full Mechanical Service” plan. All labor for Planned Maintenance, and service calls is included for an average flat fee per month. This is very helpful for budget planning. During a PM if any mechanical repairs are needed we can perform the repairs right there, or come back if it is not convenient to your production. If you should have a mechanical breakdown, you are provided the highest level response Monday-Friday 24 hrs. per day. Weekends, parts, and electrical or air compressor services are extra. This plan covers the mechanical operation of the system.

  •          Unlimited mechanical service visits with travel and labor costs included
  •          Emergency Mechanical Service M-F 24hr
  •          Planned Maintenance
  •          Complete follow up report detailing findings

  •          FSMS
  •          One year warranty on labor (while agreement is in effect)
  •          Onsite quarterly inventory of new spare parts
  •          Scheduled quarterly basic system inspection
  •          Quantity discount pricing on new spare parts is available.

DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP

This plan is typically for customers who have the highest volume, and run more than one shift per day. These customers may or may not have someone on-site that can do a couple simple repairs but need help with more major service issues. Down time is damaging to their order fulfillment. This is our “Complete Mechanical Care” plan. Planned Maintenance and service calls are performed for an average flat fee per month. During a PM if any mechanical repairs are needed we can perform the repairs right there, or come back if it is not convenient to your production. If you should have a mechanical breakdown you are guaranteed the highest level response seven days per week 24 hrs per day.

  •          Unlimited visits with travel and labor costs included
  •          Emergency mechanical service 24/7
