Hytrol Gravity Conveyor Options

Gravity Skatewheel Conveyor- Gravity Skatewheel Conveyor is ideally used to convey lightweight packages or when operations require lightweight sections.  It is useful in setting up temporary conveyor lines in warehousing activities, shipping departments, assembly areas, etc.
 
Gravity Skatewheel Curves- Gravity Skatewheel Curves add to the versatility of straight conveyors and provide excellent package orientation because of the differential action of the wheels.  Curves will convey product with minimum amount of pitch based on weight and size.
 
Gravity Skatewheel Spurs- Gravity Skatewheel Spurs are used to transfer products from one conveying line to another.  They can be used in merging or diverging applications.  They are ideally used where numerous lines must transfer onto a main conveyor line from work stations or other similar operations.
 
Gravity Roller Conveyor- Gravity Roller Conveyor is used to convey packages on permanent or temporary lines in warehousing activities, shipping department, assembly areas, etc.  Majority of products will convey with minimum amount of pitch.
 
Gravity Roller Curves- Gravity Roller Curves add to the versatility of straight conveyors.  Curves provide smooth product flow.  Guard rails may be added for product protection.  Some curves available with tapered tread rollers to maintain product orientation.
 
Gravity Roller Spurs- Gravity Roller Spurs are used to transfer products from one conveying line to another.  They can be used in merging or diverging applications.  They are ideally used where numerous lines must transfer onto a main conveyor line, from work stations or other similar operations.
 
Conveyor Rails- Wheel Conveyor Rails are made up of standard skatewheels mounted to various angle-channel configurations.  They provide a means of economical mobile storage systems.  Can be mounted on floor level or in storage flow racks.  Rails are 12 ga. powder painted steel.
 
Manual Gate- Manual Gates are available for use with a variety of conveyors.  Gates provide a passageway for personnel, lift trucks, and other equipment.  Gates are available with skatewheels or rollers.
 
Ball Transfer Table- The Ball Transfer Table is used when products are required to be manually rotated or correctly positioned, e.g. a work station or other similar operation requiring quick, easy handling of the product.  The Ball Transfer Table is also used when more than two conveyor lines converge and packages must be transferred from one line to another.
